The Winter Edition of the conference took place last winter at the InterContinental DFC, Dubai, from December 3–5, 2024. The leadership conference hosted an impressive lineup of speakers, including award-winning executive coach Fatima Ibrahim.

Fatima Ibrahim, Executive Coach at “Withfatimaibra,” has been recognized globally for developing conscious leadership and empowering executives. As an ICF- and ACTP-accredited coach, Fatima brought to the stage over 24 years of experience in HR and people development, with 13 of those years spent working directly with C-suite leaders in high-impact organizations such as the Ministry of Economy and Planning, STC, and PwC. Her core areas of expertise include labelling, ego navigation, conflict management, and cultivating authentic leadership.

Known for her human-centered coaching approach, Fatima emphasized the value of emotional intelligence and clear communication in cultivating an authentic leadership presence. During her keynote on “Executive Presence In Managing Business,” Fatima delved into the importance of executive presence as a strategic tool for business leadership. She explained that true presence is about how leaders carry themselves in a room and align internal self-awareness with external perception. During her session, she took everyone through a journey of “awareness to mastery,” to deeply dive into the subconscious mind. She guided the audience through how subconscious biases can restrict executive performance and outlined practical strategies to overcome those barriers.

In addition to her keynote, Fatima contributed to a powerful panel discussion titled “Empowering Women In Executive Leadership: Shaping The Future Of Corporate Governance.” Sharing the stage with fellow changemakers, she shed light on the systemic barriers women face in leadership and how inclusive governance can unlock long-term value for organizations.

Fatima Ibrahim’s contributions at the CXO 2.0 Conference left a lasting impression on attendees, offering a transformative perspective on executive leadership.
