Marlene Chaker, CXO 2.0 Conference Honoree, Featured In Times Square For Appraisal Management Leadership

Las Vegas, USA - May 28, 2026 — Marlene Chaker, Founder & CEO of AAA Appraisal Management Company, LLC, was honored with the Business Leadership Excellence Award at the CXO 2.0 Conference and was recently featured in New York’s Times Square, recognizing her leadership in appraisal management, operational excellence, and compliance-driven business growth. The three-day business leadership conference, held from April 7–9, 2026, at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, USA, brought together executives, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders to exchange insights on innovation, leadership strategy, and sustainable business development.

When Marlene founded AAA Appraisal Management Company in 2008, she entered an industry still defining its structure and standards. Without an established roadmap, she navigated uncertainty through adaptability, continuous learning, and a strong commitment to ethical leadership and professional growth.

One of the defining moments in her leadership journey came through her involvement with the California Mortgage Bankers Association. What began as an unfamiliar experience focused on learning and engagement evolved into a leadership milestone when she was elected to the Board six years later.

As Founder of AAA Appraisal Management Company, LLC, Marlene aligned compliance, innovation, and operational excellence with market needs to drive measurable business outcomes. Through strategic expansion across California and Nevada, she increased assignment volume and strengthened long-term client relationships by positioning AAA AMC as a dependable, compliance-focused partner. This approach supported consistent growth while maintaining quality standards and regulatory adherence.

Marlene also led initiatives centered on workflow optimization and operational efficiency. By introducing AI-supported valuation tools under professional oversight and refining internal processes, she reduced turnaround times, minimized rework, and improved productivity, resulting in stronger margins and higher client satisfaction. Her leadership in vendor management and performance benchmarking further strengthened appraisal quality, improved service predictability, and reduced operational delays.

Beyond operational strategy, Marlene prioritized employee development and mentorship to reinforce leadership continuity and reduce turnover amid market and regulatory change. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in accountability, resilience, and ethical decision-making, emphasizing that sustainable progress depends on trust, governance, and leaders willing to grow through challenge while supporting those around them.

Her contributions have received recognition through national awards, executive education, industry engagement, and international speaking opportunities. Most recently, she received the 2025 Global Recognition Award, which honors leadership, innovation, mentoring, and ethical service in appraisal management.

This Times Square recognition highlights Marlene Chaker’s commitment to advancing appraisal management practices, strengthening operational integrity, and promoting ethical, compliance-focused leadership that supports long-term industry progress.
