Mehdi Kurrimbux, CXO 2.0 Conference Honoree, Featured In Times Square For Operational Leadership

Dubai, UAE – January 22, 2026 — Mehdi Kurrimbux, Chief Operating Officer of Aura Beauty App, was honored with the Business Leadership Excellence Award at the CXO 2.0 Conference. His recognition was featured in New York’s Times Square, reflecting his role in scaling digital platforms through data-driven decision-making and inclusive product strategy. The three-day leadership conference was held from December 8–10, 2025, at the InterContinental DFC, Dubai, UAE, convening senior executives, founders, and decision-makers to discuss leadership responsibility, organizational alignment, and business execution.

Mehdi Kurrimbux is the Chief Operating Officer of Aura Beauty and an experienced project manager and policy adviser with a proven track record in delivering complex programs and managing high-profile initiatives. His professional expertise includes PRINCE2 methodologies, Agile project management, policy development, and senior stakeholder engagement. He has led national programs, overseen multimillion-pound grants, and managed finance procedures, ministerial briefings, and speech writing across government and organizational settings.

At Aura Beauty, Mehdi has applied strategic leadership to support market expansion and operational growth. Recognizing early demand for inclusive, AI-driven beauty solutions, he led partnerships with regional e-commerce platforms and guided the app's adaptation to support multiple languages and region-specific product offerings. Within 18 months, these initiatives enabled entry into two new markets and expanded the active user base by 40 percent, with more than half of the new users joining from outside the original market.

His operational approach has focused on improving customer access and experience by integrating AI-based skin analysis with a smart questionnaire and internet-based price comparison functionality. This solution enhanced existing practices by combining personalization with value-driven pricing, supporting customer engagement while strengthening platform scalability.

Mehdi’s leadership contributions have also been recognized through his involvement in the startup ecosystem. He has been invited as a guest speaker and mentor to two accelerator programs, where he has shared insights on building operational frameworks to support rapid scaling in consumer technology ventures.

This recognition reflects Mehdi’s contributions to operational leadership, market expansion, and the execution of AI-enabled solutions that support inclusive growth and platform efficiency.
