Simran Mohinani, CXO 2.0 Conference Speaker, Featured In Times Square For Purpose-Led Entrepreneurship

Singapore — August 7, 2026 — Simran Mohinani, Founder of MOHLIA, speaker of the CXO 2.0 Conference's Singapore Edition, was recently featured in New York's Times Square, highlighting her leadership in purpose-led entrepreneurship, sustainable innovation, and impact-driven business growth. The three-day leadership conference, taking place from December 2–4, 2026, at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, will bring together executives, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and decision-makers to exchange perspectives on leadership, innovation, organizational growth, and the evolving business landscape.

Her presence at the CXO 2.0 Conference will be marked by a session titled "The Purpose Paradox: Doing Good While Doing Business," where she will share her perspectives on purpose-led entrepreneurship and impact-driven growth.

Simran is the Author and CEO of MOHLIA, a global business built around sustainability, accessibility, and affordable luxury. As a fourth-generation businessperson and the first businesswoman in her family, she combined her entrepreneurial background with her education in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Northeastern University in Boston to establish MOHLIA after recognizing a lack of innovative agri-tech solutions in Hong Kong and across Asia. Before founding MOHLIA, Simran wrote and published four best-selling and award-winning books in the United States and the United Kingdom through Simon & Schuster, Mascot Books, and Lulu Inc.

She used the income from her books to support her philanthropic initiative, The SiMission, and self-funded the launch of MOHLIA. Today, the business operates across six countries and three continents with a team of more than 30 professionals and serves clients including The Walt Disney Company, Marriott Bonvoy, and Emirates Airlines.

As Founder and CEO, Simran has demonstrated her problem-solving approach by identifying innovative ways to address operational challenges while supporting sustainable growth. Faced with fulfilling a large product order, she developed a commission-based farming model by partnering with a distressed farmland in Ecuador, creating a long-term collaboration that enabled timely delivery while supporting fair trade practices and preserving a family-owned farm.

Her work has been recognized through numerous honors, including the Forbes 30 Under 30 Delegate Award for Sustainable Leadership, the HKMOB Award for Best Floristry in Hong Kong 2025, the Generation T Award by Tatler Hong Kong, Hong Kong Living's Most Influential People Award, Liv Magazine's Best Hong Kong-Founded Business Award, and a nomination for the Women Who Empower Innovation Awards 2026. Her books have also received the Teen Vogue Collegiate Writing Award, the Mom's Choice Award, and the Story Monsters Award.

Beyond her entrepreneurial work, Simran contributes to industry discussions through organizations including Women of Hong Kong, Launchpad, Female Entrepreneurs Worldwide, BNO HK Chapter II, The Notary Club, YEO, and Founders Circle. Through regular speeches, panel discussions, and roundtable conversations, she shares perspectives on entrepreneurship, sustainability, and the role of businesses in creating meaningful change.

Her Times Square feature underscores Simran's commitment to purpose-led entrepreneurship, sustainable innovation, and building businesses that create lasting impact while driving meaningful growth.
