Her recognition was featured in New York’s Times Square, acknowledging her leadership in cross-cultural business consulting and international collaboration. The three-day leadership conference, held from December 8–10, 2025, at the InterContinental DFC in Dubai, UAE, convened senior executives, founders, and decision-makers to discuss leadership responsibility, organizational alignment, and global business execution.

Tomo Nagami is the Founder and CEO of Tomo Nagami Consulting. A trilingual intercultural consultant and certified NLP coach, she supports organizations operating across Japan, France, the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, India, and other international markets. Her work focuses on aligning corporate objectives with cultural understanding to improve efficiency, decision-making, and collaboration in complex, multi-country projects. Her professional background includes experience at Renault–Nissan, where she developed expertise in cross-cultural operations before establishing her consultancy.

Throughout her career, Tomo has been recognized by clients across pharmaceuticals, automotive, robotics, and technology sectors as a trusted partner who combines strategic insight with corporate and cultural fluency. In a major international engagement, she led collaboration efforts to refine AI-based voice recognition for a premium Japanese automotive navigation system developed for a U.S.-based multinational software company. Working with project managers across the United States, Germany, Belgium, and India, she contributed to aligning technical requirements with Japanese user expectations, integrating engineering accuracy, linguistic constraints, and customer experience priorities.

Tomo’s consulting methodology emphasizes understanding decision-making patterns across cultures to reduce misalignment and accelerate outcomes. She developed cultural translation methods focused on interpreting implicit communication and verbalizing unspoken expectations across French, Japanese, and Anglo-Saxon business contexts.

Her leadership contributions have been recognized through professional certification, media features, speaking engagements, and cultural initiatives. In 2023, she became a certified NLP and Mental Coach through the Society of NLP. Her consulting and cultural expertise have been featured in French national media, including advisory work for the Mayor of Issy-les-Moulineaux on the creation of a Japanese garden in partnership with Ichikawa City, Japan, a project later documented in a 2015 film.

This recognition underscores Tomo’s leadership in cross-cultural consulting, international collaboration, and measurable outcomes across global business environments.
