Dubai, UAE – July 7, 2025 — The CXO 2.0 Conference brought together influential leaders, branding experts, and innovators from around the world to explore forward-thinking strategies in executive growth and leadership. The Winter Edition of the conference took place at the InterContinental DFC, Dubai, from December 3 to 5, 2024, and featured a standout lineup of speakers, including personal branding strategist and global entrepreneur Phyllis Mendez.

Phyllis Mendez is an international mentor and keynote speaker known for transforming lives and businesses. With expertise in personal branding and an abundance mindset, she has impacted thousands in over 15 countries, co-authoring a book with Kevin Harrington from Shark Tank. Her approach blends personal transformation with strategic visibility, helping leaders not only enhance their presence but shift how they view their value in the market.

During her keynote, titled “7 Keys To Building Powerful Personal Brands,” Phyllis guided attendees through a transformative framework built around purpose, clarity, and connection. She explained that personal branding is not about selling yourself but about serving others through authenticity and consistency. The seven keys she presented included clarity of purpose, magnetic image, strong communication, emotional connection, storytelling, consistency, and a spirit of giving. She emphasized that trust is built not by projecting perfection, but by showing up with empathy, vulnerability, and a true desire to serve.

Through powerful personal anecdotes and real-life client stories, she demonstrated how professionals can attract high-quality opportunities not by chasing algorithms or ads, but by delivering unmatched value and being visible for the right reasons. Her keynote reinforced the idea that personal branding, when done consciously, leads not only to business growth but also to personal fulfillment and social impact.

In addition to her keynote, Phyllis joined the panel “Winning Traits Of Customer-Centric Gurus,” where she emphasized listening, personalization, and trust. She shared how her referral-based business thrives on overdelivering and genuine care. Recalling a time she extended a client’s contract at no extra cost, she underscored that real service means treating client needs as your own. Her participation added a unique perspective on building lasting professional relationships through empathy and value-driven service. By highlighting the human side of business success, Phyllis encouraged attendees to adopt a more purpose-led approach in their leadership journey.
