With more than 25 years of global technology leadership and transformation experience, Dragana Linfield has built a career at the intersection of innovation, operations, and people leadership. Her professional journey is grounded in a strong technical foundation, beginning with a five-year Engineering degree from Belgrade Technical University and a Master of Science degree with distinction in Computer Science from Instituto Superior Técnico, Portugal. She further strengthened her leadership capabilities with an Executive MBA from London Business School.
Throughout her career, Dragana has held strategic leadership positions across engineering, telecommunications, digital services, and consulting. Her experience includes leadership roles at organizations such as Etisalat Group, where she served as Director, Future Communications, as well as senior transformation and technology positions spanning global markets. As Senior Director of Digital Platforms at Liberty Latin America, she was part of the senior leadership team supporting more than 20 operations. In this role, she helped advance a unified digital vision across more than 20 markets by applying AI technologies, supporting digital growth, customer experience improvements, and operational efficiencies.
In her current role as Senior Director within Ernst & Young LLP's Technology, Media, and Telecommunications consulting practice, Dragana helps global enterprises transform legacy environments into agile, cloud native, AI-powered ecosystems built for sustained growth and innovation.
Alongside her industry leadership, Dragana also teaches at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the University of Chicago, where she delivers programs focused on Generative AI for Digital Transformation and Agentic AI for Organizational Transformation.
Her leadership philosophy combines what she describes as the "Architect Mindset" and a "Human Centered Vision." Drawing on systems thinking and deep technical expertise, Dragana focuses on building scalable, resilient foundations for long-term change.
