During periods marked by multiple government shutdowns, Kevin led Tactical Rehabilitation through significant operational challenges, strengthening its cash-flow management capabilities and strategically aligning with Congress to improve government healthcare delivery for the United States Military and its healthcare suppliers.
Kevin’s leadership philosophy is rooted in Tipping Point Leadership principles and emphasizes culture, service, and shared ownership. By expanding the organizational culture through Ritz-Carlton leadership education, redefining the company's vision and mission, and encouraging employees to actively shape the company’s future, he cultivated a stronger sense of ownership and engagement throughout the organization. This approach reinforced respect among employees and patients alike while supporting ongoing structural and process improvements.
His leadership contributions have earned extensive recognition both personally and organizationally. Kevin received the IFAH Top 100 Healthcare Visionaries award from 2020 through 2022 and was recognized as the World’s Most Inspiring CEO in 2023 and as one of the World’s Top 20 Visionary Leaders Making an Impact in Healthcare in 2023.
Under his leadership, Tactical Rehabilitation earned recognition as a Most Trusted Military Solutions Provider, received U.S. Department of Labor Platinum Awards for the Hire Vets program for three consecutive years, and was named Best Place to Work in America in 2023.
Prior to Tactical Rehabilitation, Kevin served as Senior Vice President, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Engineering Officer at CCI Systems, Inc., where he led business turnaround and market expansion initiatives into Tier 1 and Tier 2 service provider spaces.
Earlier in his career, Kevin held numerous leadership roles during 24 years at Cisco Systems, including Principal Liaison to the Humanitarian Sector and Cisco’s humanitarian initiative through NetHope, Vice President and CTO of Global Defense, Space, and Security, and Vice President of Cisco’s Worldwide Channels Organization.
During his tenure at Cisco, Kevin led teams into eight new markets, each exceeding $1 billion in annual sales; co-created Cisco TACOPS to support communications during global disasters; spearheaded anti-counterfeit initiatives; and established Cisco’s Global Governmental Business Development Team to support public-sector and defense expansion worldwide.
Beyond executive leadership, Kevin remains deeply committed to humanitarian and educational initiatives. He serves on the boards of Telecom4Good and Wingspan and has lectured at the University of Michigan, the University of Waterloo, and Michigan State University across undergraduate, MBA, and PhD programs.

This recognition reflects Kevin’s dedication to leadership excellence, service-centered culture, and sustainable organizational growth. His work continues to influence healthcare delivery, employee engagement, and business transformation while ensuring that Tactical Rehabilitation remains positioned to serve patients, providers, and partners for generations to come.
