His leadership contributions have been recognized through academic and industry platforms. Matthew received the 2024 Australian Graduate School of Management Faculty Collaboration Award and directed AGSM’s flagship General Manager Program, a five-day residential experience designed to support senior leaders in adaptive leadership and organizational transformation. AGSM’s executive education programs are consistently ranked among the top globally, reinforcing the institutional impact of this work.

In addition to his contribution, Matthew is also the co-author of Mutuality – The Future of Trust: The Executive’s Handbook, published in December 2024.
