His experience includes serving as a HUD Victory Service Coordinator at the Veterans Leadership Program, supporting veteran housing and employment initiatives, and as a Special Events Associate at the Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh. Timothy has also served as Executive Chairman of the University of West Florida Men’s Empowerment Network.
Working towards completing his Bachelor’s from the University of West Florida and an Associate of Arts from Pensacola State College, Timothy’s academic involvement included leadership roles within student veteran and alumni organizations, reinforcing his long-standing engagement with education and community development. His leadership efforts have also been acknowledged at the state level, including recognition from Governor Rick Scott for a long-distance awareness initiative supporting homeless veterans in Florida. These milestones reflect a sustained commitment to advocacy and leadership-driven action.
Beyond industry practice, his contributions extend to higher education and professional forums, where he has delivered presentations at national conferences, including the Student Veterans of America Annual Conference, where he addressed leadership, transition, and lived experience in structured panel discussions. He has also been invited to speak at the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators Symposium for Military-Connected Students, contributing to a dialogue on support systems within academic environments.
Timothy’s work has been highlighted through collaborative educational productions, including Telling: Pensacola, supported by the Florida Humanities Council and The Telling Project. In addition to his advocacy and speaking work, Timothy has held leadership and operational roles across nonprofit and cultural institutions.
