CXO 2.0 Conference USA 2025 – Diving Into Day 2!

The CXO 2.0 Conference USA 2025 entered its second day at the Luxor Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas after an insightful opening day. The momentum continued with its dual-track format, allowing attendees to explore diverse themes across two curated tracks. Track 1 again surrounded the theme, “Mastering Employee-Centric Approaches: The Inclusive Leadership Edge,” focused on leadership, workplace transformation, and executive strategy, while Track 2’s theme, “Survival Of The Fittest: Agility In Action!” tackled AI, sustainability, and the future of business.

From thought-provoking keynotes to engaging panel discussions, Day 2 at our global leadership event in the USA expanded on key themes from the first day while introducing fresh perspectives on leadership in an evolving world.

Track 1: Inclusive Leadership & Organizational Growth

The morning kicked off with a crucial discussion on corporate responsibility and business ethics. The panel “Taking A Public Stand On Social Issues: Key Factors For Companies To Consider” featured insights from Candice Mason Author, Entrepreneur & Scientist at 520 Indoor Comfort And Refrigeration, Dr. Biplab K. Malo Founder & CEO of Stapgen LLC, and Justin Zenanko CEO & Co-founder of SynerFuse, Inc. The discussion focused on how businesses can balance social advocacy with profitability, highlighting the impact of public stances on brand reputation and employee engagement. Panelists debated real-world examples of corporate activism, emphasizing the importance of aligning company values with social responsibility without alienating key stakeholders.

A keynote that drew significant attention was “Mission Before Margin: Expansion And Growth In A New Light” in Track 1 by Heather Ogburn Stokes CEO & Founder of Serenity Light Recovery, LLC. She spoke about sustainable growth strategies that align financial success with long-term impact, urging leaders to rethink expansion beyond profit margins. She also shared insights into how organizations can maintain their core mission while scaling up, using real-life examples of businesses that have achieved both impact and profitability.

Employee well-being and performance were also under the spotlight for Day 2. The discussion on “Is Investing In Employee Wellness The Key To Unlocking Peak Performance?” brought together Krystal Boothe, CEO & Executive Director of Wings Of The Future, NFP, Andrew Pagsisihan COO of All Care Provider, Alan L. Krishnan President of TeamUp Corp. Inc., Janet Patti CEO of Star Factor Coaching, Carrie Williams Executive Coach at RainShadow Coaching, and Erven Nelson Lawyer & Consultant at Certainty Management. The session explored whether wellness initiatives could be directly linked to workplace efficiency and long-term success. The panelists examined mental health programs, flexible work environments, and leadership approaches that prioritize employee satisfaction and retention.

Shifting towards global leadership, the panel “Leading Across Cultures And Managing Global Teams” was led by Robert Hedequist Founder & CEO of Ronin Awaken Coaching, brought together Krystal Clark Founder of Moving With Meaning LLC, Lola Eniolorunda Chief Operating Officer at VG Platform, Anthony Berryhill Owner of Elite College Hacker, and Preeti Dubey CEO of Strive High Pte. Ltd. shed light on how leaders can effectively navigate cross-cultural teams. They explored real-world examples of remote workforce management, the challenges of cultural misalignment, and strategies for promoting inclusivity in global teams.

Women’s leadership took center stage in “From Vision To Victory: Women Leaders Changing The Game In Business.” Bhuva Shakti CEO of Wallet Max, led the conversation with Dr. Pamela Cipriano President & Founder of The Practice Of Health And Wellness, Shermalyn Sidonie John Chief Brand Strategist & Corporate Leadership Trainer at Influential Bosslady, Dr. Esther Graham Founder & CEO of Festa Della Donna LLC, Sheryl Neelankavil CEO of Medical Solutions Consultants LLC, and Jasmine Nelson CEO of Umber By J Lenay. They shared insights on breaking barriers and leading with confidence in competitive industries, focusing on mentorship, funding opportunities, and the importance of visibility for female executives.

Wrapping up Track 1, Bob Nienaber CEO & Founder of benefitRFP, delivered a keynote titled “Using Executive Benefits To Build And Maintain A Top Talent Culture.” He outlined compensation structures, equity models, and retention incentives that help companies attract and sustain high-performing executives

Track 2: Agility, AI, And Business Model Evolution

Track 2 opened with “Achieving Optimal Productivity Through A Mix Of Automation And Human Expertise.” Ray Ferranti CFO & CCO of DXD Capital, led a discussion with Patti Zapparolli Owner & Fractional COO of My OpsBox, April D. Macon, CEO & Founder of Lasting Legacy Rental, LLC, Dr. Sam Sammane, Founder & CEO of TheoSym, and Dr. Sharron, Professor at Sharon’s Classes. The panelists examined how automation can enhance business operations while still requiring human oversight. They discussed case studies where AI-driven processes have streamlined decision-making but also the ethical considerations of automation replacing human jobs.

A major highlight of Track 2 was “Leadership In The New World” by Alan L. Krishnan President of TeamUp Corp. Inc. He discussed the adaptability required for modern executives, emphasizing how agility and technological awareness are now essential leadership traits. Krishnan outlined the key qualities of successful leaders, highlighting the role of continuous learning and adaptability in driving corporate success.

The fireside chat “From Tech Titans To AI Pioneers: The Changing Faces Of The C-Suite” features Debasish Mukherjee Clinical Assistant Professor at the University Of North Texas, Elizabeth Tweedale CEO of Coco Coders, and Bryan Talebi CEO of Ahura AI. The conversation highlighted how AI-driven decision-making is reshaping the executive role, demanding a new level of digital fluency from C-suite leaders. Speakers discussed how AI is being integrated into strategic planning, recruitment, and even crisis management, offering executives an edge in predicting industry shifts.

Closing Track 2, Franco Pedregosa Founder & CEO of Figtree Companies, presented “The Future Is Green: Building Sustainable Cities For A Growing World.” He provided a deep dive into how urban planning and business development must integrate sustainable practices for long-term viability, citing successful green city initiatives and corporate investments in eco-friendly infrastructure
