A Dynamic Start To Three Days Of Business Leadership & Strategy
The CXO 2.0 Conference USA 2025 kicked off on March 4 at the Luxor Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, bringing together executives, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders from around the world. For its Spring 2025 edition, the international leadership conference followed a dual-track format, allowing attendees to choose between two distinct yet equally compelling sets of sessions–

This track focused on business strategy, innovation, and leadership with an emphasis on workplace inclusivity and organizational transformation.
Track 2: "Survival Of The Fittest: Agility In Action!" -
This track delved into AI, digital transformation, and executive decision-making, equipping leaders with tools to adapt and thrive in today’s fast-changing business landscape.

The day opened with discussions on leadership and workplace transformation. The panel “Building Inclusive Leadership: Strategies For Diverse & Inclusive Workplaces” Andrea Steinbrenner , CEO of Exit Consulting Group, alongside Dr. Mary Joy McConner , Founder & CEO of Inclusive Excellence Consulting, Trevor Morrison , President of Indigenous Business Innovations, Shirrell Edey , Owner & Executive Chef of Chefs For Seniors (LA~Southbay), and Jasmine E. Guy , Senior Equity Officer at Chicago Fire Department. The conversation explored actionable strategies for promoting workplace inclusivity and ensuring that diversity translates into tangible business success.
One of the standout keynotes in this track was “Chasing The Impossible: How Anyone Can Break Barriers With Consistency And Resilience” by Rachelle Rutherford , CEO of Kids on the Move. She detailed her journey of overcoming challenges to lead a multimillion-dollar nonprofit and emphasized how perseverance fuels lasting impact.

The panel examined how top executives can navigate evolving business landscapes while prioritizing innovation and leadership development.
Another key session, “Redefining The C-Suite: Encouraging Female Leadership In Senior Roles,” together Breindy R. Meanwhile, the first panel in Track 2, “Crafting And Communicating A Vision For The Future,” featured Vibha Chawla , Chief Growth Partner at FocalPoint Business Coaching, alongside Stephen Cummings , Managing Partner & CEO of Rizolve Partners Inc., Saam Golgoon , Founder & CEO of World Music Development, Brian Bauer , Founder & Executive Director of Abundance Foundation Inc., and Tyler J. A standout keynote in Track 2 was “The AI Revolution – Why Act Now?” by Dr. Sam Sammane , Founder & CEO of TheoSym. His presentation emphasized how AI is reshaping industries and why businesses must act today to integrate AI into their operations.
Another critical discussion featured in Track 2 was “Strategies For Adapting To Change And Leading Through Uncertainty,” featured Dr. Daniel P. Jackson , President & CEO of Jackson Advisory Management, alongside Luis Antonio Diaz , CEO of Blu Creative Digital Technologies, Beth Masterman , President of Masterman Executive Coaching Inc., William Leahy , Founder & CEO of UNTURNING STEEL & Renaissance Reliability LLC, and Scott Maloney , Senior Partner & Founder at Crain & Company. The panelists shared lessons on resilience and adaptability, which are crucial for navigating today’s volatile business landscape.

A compelling keynote, “Debunking The Peter Principle” , was presented by Trung Q. Pham , CEO of ARCHER Now, LLC. The Peter Principle is a management concept suggesting that employees are promoted based on their success in previous roles until they reach a level at which they are no longer competent. Trung Q. Pham, CEO of ARCHER Now, LLC, tackled this topic by exploring how organizations can circumvent the pitfall of promoting employees beyond their capabilities. He emphasized the importance of creating leadership pipelines that nurture and effectively develop talent rather than merely elevating individuals based on past achievements.
The first day at the international leadership conference wrapped up with “Crisis As A Catalyst: Leading Through Turbulence” , a discussion moderated by Preeti Dubey , CEO of Strive High Pte. Ltd.
